About the job
Leads the Integrations team in delivering and operating third-party integrations and reusable platform capabilities for Lattice’s products.
What you'll do
- Lead integration and platform work from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation.
- Develop reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes to make future integrations more efficient.
- Coach and develop engineers, while improving team delivery, quality, and engineering practices.
