About the job
Leads the Integrations team in delivering and operating third-party integrations and reusable platform capabilities that connect Lattice to customer tools.
What you'll do
- Lead integration and platform work from prioritization through launch and ongoing operation.
- Create reusable playbooks, technical patterns, and processes to make future integrations faster and more efficient.
- Coach and develop engineers, improve team practices, and partner with Product and Design on customer-facing products.
