About the job
Own the strategy and delivery of Lattice’s MCP server and AI ecosystem integrations, connecting Lattice data with AI tools and third-party productivity data with Lattice.
What you'll do
- Set MCP and AI ecosystem strategy; ship MCP tools, resources, and third-party integrations.
- Build foundations for authentication, agentic execution, and evaluations, and partner with Engineering on technical direction.
- Lead partner go-to-market and own outcomes across adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.

$179,000 - $220,000 USD annual cash salary (base salary).
