Build and operate AWS-based infrastructure and internal platform capabilities that improve production reliability and help engineers develop, deploy, and operate services.
What you'll do
- Design and operate cloud infrastructure and reusable platform services; improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Partner with product engineering, lead technical initiatives, and establish operational practices such as SLOs, monitoring, and incident response.
- Debug and improve services and infrastructure, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call and incident response.
