What you'll do
- Build, test, monitor, and troubleshoot Boomi integrations between Laurel and client systems; investigate alerts and data-flow problems.
- Handle Level 2 escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with engineering and client technical teams.
- Support billing-system migrations and go-lives, communicate incident updates, and document processes and solutions.
