About the job
Own enterprise customer onboarding and technical implementation projects from contract signing through go-live and handoff, coordinating customers and Laurel’s implementation engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead implementation projects, coordinate tenant and Boomi Atom deployment, and guide customers through technical integrations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and multiple concurrent customer engagements; lead kickoff calls and office hours.
- Triage and escalate implementation issues, explain technical concepts to stakeholders, and coordinate adoption strategies with CSMs.
