About the job
Supervises daily CAR-T cell therapy production on an assigned shift in a sterile cGMP environment, supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead production units and shift meetings, assign tasks, and ensure safe, compliant completion of manufacturing work.
- Support investigations, update procedures and batch records, and manage change controls.
- Develop production personnel and partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.
