Leads QC microbiology laboratory operations and staff supporting cell therapy manufacturing, ensuring testing, investigations, and laboratory practices meet quality and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage microbiology testing for raw materials, in-process samples, environmental monitoring/utilities, product release, and stability; oversee method qualification, validation, transfer, and performance.
- Lead staff training and performance, laboratory investigations, equipment maintenance and qualification, departmental projects, budgets, and staffing plans.
- Support audits and collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Engineering, and other teams to maintain compliance and advance QC laboratory strategies.
