What you'll do
- Manage CMDB lifecycle and data quality, including CI governance, discovery, reconciliation, deduplication, and health reporting.
- Oversee hardware asset lifecycle and automate synchronization between ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other enterprise platforms.
- Maintain ServiceNow integrations and discovery infrastructure, and support governance, compliance, and audit reporting.
