Leads Legend Biotech’s end-to-end U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, compliant multi-state payroll and improving its systems, controls, and processes.
What you'll do
- Manage bi-weekly payroll and related activities, reconciliations, year-end processing, and escalated inquiries.
- Oversee payroll compliance, governance, controls, audits, and operational risk.
- Lead payroll system enhancements and process improvements; partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams on payroll operations and reporting.
