Supervises QC microbiology laboratory operations and staff supporting cell therapy manufacturing, including testing, investigations, compliance, and laboratory projects.
What you'll do
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, performance, and laboratory workflow; manage departmental resources and staffing plans.
- Review and approve laboratory data; oversee microbiology testing, method qualification and validation, instrument maintenance, and investigations.
- Collaborate across quality and manufacturing teams, support compliance and process qualification activities, and contribute to laboratory strategy.
