About the job
Leads Legora’s West Coast Legal Engineering function, building the team and operating model while supporting enterprise client delivery and commercial growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the West Coast function, including hiring, team development, operating rhythm, quality, and capacity.
- Partner with commercial leaders on priority accounts and lead selected enterprise engagements, translating legal needs into workflows and reusable playbooks.
- Build senior client relationships and relay market patterns and product gaps to Product.
