Own and build Legora’s global executive recruiting approach, leading Director-level and above searches across functions and partnering with senior leaders and external search firms.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end executive searches and manage external search firms on selected senior hires.
- Create senior-hiring scorecards, assessment frameworks, and candidate experiences; build networks with investors and senior talent.
- Support complex searches across the TA team and coordinate offer processes with reward, legal, and people operations.
