What you'll do
- Support compensation plan design, commission calculations, payout, and incentive analysis.
- Help set and maintain targets and quotas using performance, capacity, and territory analysis.
- Build GTM performance reporting and provide decision-ready insights to stakeholders.
What they ask for
- 1+ years of experience in an analytical environment, such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong analytical and financial-modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfort working with large datasets and experience with, or strong interest in learning, SQL and Snowflake.
