Build and lead Legora’s global executive recruiting function, owning senior searches and developing the team, processes, and networks needed to scale hiring.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end searches for Senior Director and above globally, plus select confidential Director-level searches.
- Build and manage a recruiting team, and create scalable executive recruiting processes and candidate assessments.
- Partner with company leaders, external search firms, investor talent networks, and the broader TA team on senior hiring.
