What you'll do
- Lead and develop G&A Talent Partners across the US and Stockholm, managing managers and setting hiring standards.
- Partner with senior leaders across finance, people, operations, legal, and IT, adapting recruiting strategy to US and European markets.
- Establish pipeline discipline, reporting, and performance metrics; collaborate on recruiting tools, process design, and cross-functional initiatives.
