About the job
Leads complex client implementations of Legora’s legal AI products while managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live, defining success metrics and scalable delivery frameworks.
- Manage, coach, hire, and develop Legal Engineers, setting goals and performance standards.
- Build senior client relationships, deliver executive demos and workshops, and relay customer needs to internal product and delivery teams.
