Leads complex client implementations of Legora’s legal AI workspace while managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise pilots and implementations from discovery through go-live, defining success metrics and scalable delivery frameworks.
- Manage, coach, develop, and hire Legal Engineers; set goals and performance standards.
- Build senior client relationships, deliver executive demos and workshops, and represent customer needs to internal teams.
