What you'll do
- Manage client relationships from pilots and onboarding through firm-wide adoption; deliver product demos and training.
- Advise professional services teams on AI’s impact, process improvement, and the value of the platform.
- Share user insights with product teams and develop scalable best practices and playbooks.
