What you'll do
- Advise employees, managers, and People Operations colleagues on local employment practices, policies, and people matters.
- Manage local cases, including absence, performance, and restructuring matters, with clear documentation and timely escalation when needed.
- Build and improve local processes and policies, and share trends and risks with People Business Partners and Employee Relations & Compliance.
