Owns Legora’s US customer storytelling program, producing video and written content and enabling its distribution to support sales and customer advocacy.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce customer films, case studies, testimonials, and event content from concept through delivery.
- Build and manage customer reference and advocacy relationships, coordinating with Sales and Customer Success.
- Distribute and measure customer content, including preparing it for sales use and using AI-enabled workflows to increase output.
