About the job
Provides commercial legal advice and leads customer and supplier contracting to help Legora close deals efficiently while managing risk.
What you'll do
- Partner with Growth, Operations, and Procurement on customer and supplier engagements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; advise on risk allocation, pricing, liability, and contractual protections.
- Support data protection and compliance in contracts, and develop templates, playbooks, and guidelines for scalable contracting.
