What you'll do
- Translate enterprise customer workflows and constraints into technical requirements, then own implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Build integrations and core product changes, identifying opportunities to make customer-specific work reusable.
- Lead customer-facing technical delivery, resolve ambiguity and complex issues, and communicate scope, tradeoffs, timelines, and risks.
