Leads and delivers customer deployments of large-scale HPC and AI infrastructure, from installation and integration through validation, operational readiness, and handover, while supporting bid management.
What you'll do
- Deploy, integrate, validate, and support HPC and AI infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and AI platforms.
- Support bid management by validating pre-sales commitments, commercial assumptions, delivery risks, and implementation plans.
- Work with customers, partners, and project teams; provide workshops, documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer.

- Strong Linux administration experience in enterprise, HPC, and AI environments.
- Experience deploying and supporting HPC and AI clusters, including NVIDIA AI platforms and high-performance networking.
- Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, HPC scheduling, high-performance storage, cluster validation, and performance benchmarking.
- Automation and scripting experience using Python, Bash, Ansible, and Git; strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with NVIDIA AI Factory deployments, direct liquid-cooled infrastructure, or NVIDIA Cluster Validation Suite (CVS).
- Familiarity with GPFS, VAST, DDN Data, Kubeflow, MLFlow, JupyterHub, Run:AI, Rafay, or ClearML.
