What you'll do
- Coordinate transportation, collections, deliveries, and shipment tracking among factories, warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation; troubleshoot shipment issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain shipment data, reporting, and forecasts; analyze logistics performance and communicate shipment status and risks.
