About the job
Provides legal counsel and risk-management support for LG Electronics USA’s Pro Builder business, including sales, installation, and construction work in residential projects.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex sales, installation, construction, services, and related agreements.
- Advise on antitrust, regulatory, licensing, communications, insurance, and other legal matters affecting Pro Builder operations.
- Manage or support disputes, litigation, government actions, and subpoenas; provide reporting and manage outside law firms when needed.
