Monitors and investigates field quality issues for data center chillers and supports their resolution through field service, testing, customer guidance, and technical training.
What you'll do
- Investigate and document product quality issues, coordinate resolution plans, and provide technical assistance at field locations.
- Analyze warranty claims, support product testing and quality improvements, and carry out software and hardware service updates.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and support training, warranty, aftermarket, and service teams.
