About the job
Serves as LG’s on-site technical representative for DirectView LED installations, coordinating teams, troubleshooting issues, and verifying project readiness and quality through final delivery.
What you'll do
- Coordinate installations with project managers and System Integration Partners; train installation teams and provide technical guidance.
- Assess site readiness and materials, troubleshoot installation and integration issues, and document project progress.
- Support product demonstrations and events, provide remote technical support, and relay customer insights to product teams.
