What you'll do
- Lead employee relations intake, investigations, resolutions, and defensible documentation, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business leaders on sensitive cases.
- Coach and train managers on performance management, discipline, difficult conversations, and anti-harassment; support internationally assigned leaders in the U.S. workplace context.
- Manage HR policy and compliance work, audits, AAP matters, employee relations metrics, and targeted prevention initiatives.
