Services LG products in customers’ homes by diagnosing and repairing appliances, TVs, and A/C units while providing customer service and completing related administrative work.
What you'll do
- Travel to customer locations to maintain and repair LG equipment; diagnose issues and decide whether to repair products or replace parts.
- Use safety equipment, vehicles, tools, and diagnostic equipment appropriately; manage parts and inventory.
- Document findings, process paperwork and data entry, pre-screen service calls, and meet company service metrics.
What they ask for
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical role.
- Experience repairing major appliances, including refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, or cleaning products.
- Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment, and ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document issues.
- Valid driver's license in good standing; ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
$28 — $32.50 USD base salary
