Leads automotive Sales & Operations Planning, aligning customer demand, materials, production, inventory, and delivery while managing customer-facing supply chain execution and an S&OP team.
What you'll do
- Lead demand, supply, inventory, revenue, material, and shipment planning across multiple time horizons and OEM customers.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, plants, and warehouses to resolve supply issues, manage delivery performance, and ensure documentation and compliance.
- Develop the S&OP team, present forecasts and performance updates, and drive process improvements and supply-chain risk mitigation.
