Conducts product testing, failure analysis, and customer quality investigations to identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and improve product reliability.
What you'll do
- Test products and compressors; analyze returned products, customer complaints, warranty claims, and quality data.
- Serve as the quality contact for assigned customer accounts and coordinate investigations and corrective actions with internal and global teams.
- Prepare quality reports and recommend improvements to testing, products, and manufacturing processes.
