What you'll do
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot escalated HVAC issues through phone, email, case support, and jobsite visits.
- Manage regional aftermarket support and service champions, including training, strategy execution, and partner relationships.
- Review VRF and RLC system applications, perform software and hardware updates, and support technical documentation and warranty submissions.
