Develops and evaluates HVAC products and components for North American markets, supporting product launches through engineering analysis, testing, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- Support new product introductions and coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and program teams to meet launch timelines.
- Evaluate product designs and performance using benchmarking, field testing, and statistical analysis; recommend improvements.
- Support commercialization by reviewing technical documents and preparing service, installation, and engineering manuals.
