Manages direct-shipment orders from planning through delivery, tracking performance and improving related processes.
What you'll do
- Manage direct-shipment operations, including Reverse PO orders, container diversions, return authorizations, and inquiries.
- Simulate and coordinate orders with customers and internal stakeholders, then monitor delivery through completion.
- Report on direct-shipment rates and on-time delivery, and partner cross-functionally on process and system improvements.
