Owns complex customer deployments of AI agents, building and improving workflows from design through production and turning customer learnings into reusable patterns.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and iterate on agent workflows, prompts, evaluations, and integrations; debug behavior using evaluation, monitoring, and analysis.
- Lead customer launches and technical reviews, and partner with Product and Platform to inform the roadmap.
- Create reusable templates and playbooks, mentor Agent Engineers, and improve deployment quality and operational rigor.
