Supports the delivery and operation of customer-facing data products, helping ensure they are reliable, compliant, and easy for customers to access and use.
What you'll do
- Translate product requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; support backlog management and roadmap delivery.
- Support data contracts, platform operations, and monitoring of data quality issues.
- Assist with launches through documentation, changelogs, migration notes, internal enablement, incident triage, and root cause analysis.
