About the job
Supports the systems, data, calculations, and payment coordination for Lightcast’s employee incentive plans.
What you'll do
- Maintain incentive-plan data and documentation; validate inputs, investigate discrepancies, and support calculations.
- Partner with Accounting on reconciliations, accruals, account coding, and plan-result questions.
- Coordinate with Payroll to submit approved incentive payments accurately and on time.
