About the job
Owns and operates foundational backend capabilities for Lightfield’s AI-native CRM, from defining customer-facing behavior and data models to shipping APIs, migrations, and production systems.
What you'll do
- Own core product capabilities end to end, including data models, APIs, migrations, rollout, and operation.
- Design shared backend abstractions and systems for authorization, history, event propagation, durable execution, and metering.
- Improve the performance, reliability, observability, and correctness of services, databases, APIs, queues, and background jobs.
