What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop solutions engineers across AMER, EMEA and APAC; set team priorities, coverage and performance standards.
- Support AMER enterprise sales, lead RFP/RFI responses, conduct technical discovery, and advise customers on solution fit and ROI.
- Own solution-design practices and the Solutions Center; coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering and delivery teams, and report on pipeline and team KPIs.

- Knowledge of hotel commercial operations and how RMS, PMS, CRS and distribution technology fit together.
- Understanding of integrations, data transfer, security and solution architecture; ability to create solution diagrams.

Pay
$102,000.00 - $130,000.00 USD base salary; $127,000.00- $162,000.00 USD total pay (OTE)
