About the job
Maintains and troubleshoots data center hardware, power, and network infrastructure at Lightning AI’s Allen, Texas HPC data center.
What you'll do
- Configure, rack, label, cable, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server, storage, and network equipment.
- Diagnose system, compute, and network issues; coordinate hardware support tickets and faulty-part returns.
- Create installation standards and documentation for equipment placement, labeling, and cabling.
What they ask for
- 2+ years of data center experience and technical proficiency with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Experience setting up Ethernet and InfiniBand networking appliances.
