About the job
Maintains and troubleshoots data center hardware, power, and network infrastructure at Lightning AI’s on-site Puyallup HPC data center.
What you'll do
- Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, storage, and network equipment; rack, label, cable, and configure new infrastructure.
- Monitor hardware, diagnose issues, and coordinate infrastructure support tickets and faulty-part returns.
- Create installation standards and documentation for equipment placement, labeling, and cabling.

- 2+ years of data center experience and technical proficiency with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers.
- Strong Linux administration experience.
- Experience setting up Ethernet and InfiniBand networking appliances.
