Senior Product Manager, Experimentation Tooling

What you'll do

• Set the product vision and roadmap for experimentation and post-training workflows, including integrations and product scope.
• Work with engineering and customers to build and evaluate workflows for experiments, model quality, collaboration, and research-to-production handoffs.
• Own pricing, packaging, metrics, and go-to-market activities, including technical customer and sales support.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building infrastructure, platform, developer-tooling, or machine-learning products.
• Hands-on experience building products for ML engineers, AI researchers, or data scientists, with detailed understanding of experimentation and post-training workflows.
• Experience with one or more post-training techniques and with designing or working closely with model evaluations.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience at an AI infrastructure, neocloud, hyperscaler ML platform, experiment-tracking, or developer-tooling company.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, distributed training, GPU infrastructure, large-scale fine-tuning, or listed ML tools.

Pay

$160,000 — $275,000 USD (base salary)
