About the job
Develops and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, and production documentation for Lightship’s electric recreational vehicles, supporting quality, efficiency, and production launches.
What you'll do
- Design processes, jigs, fixtures, and workstations; select and procure production equipment and tools.
- Improve capacity, yield, quality, and manufacturing costs through process improvement and corrective action.
- Create work instructions and test procedures, assess production readiness, and troubleshoot issues on the factory floor.
