Build Lightship all-electric RVs in low-volume production, following safety and quality standards while developing the ability to work across stations and address incomplete instructions.
What you'll do
- Follow work instructions and safety practices; identify and escalate instruction gaps or quality concerns.
- Operate and maintain production equipment, inspect parts and prior work, and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Work across stations and occasionally support Service, Test, field, or customer vehicle needs; collaborate on process improvements.
