Associate Director / Director, Customer Program Management, Life Sciences

What you'll do

• Own program timelines, resourcing, milestones, dependencies, risks, and internal execution across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate partner governance, deliverable timelines, milestone reporting, and external communications.
• Develop scalable project-management practices, templates, tools, and operating models.

What they ask for

• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry in roles associated with drug discovery or development, project management, or operations.
• 5+ years in program management, project management, or a similar cross-functional coordination role, with responsibility for timelines, resourcing, and tracking.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes and experience managing external partner programs, including milestones, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex multidisciplinary programs and align teams; outstanding communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at or with AI-native or platform-based drug discovery companies.
• Experience managing discovery or preclinical collaborations; familiarity with project-management tools and methodologies or AI-driven science platforms.

Pay

$148,000 — $224,000 USD (base salary)
