What you'll do
- Model and support negotiation and execution of complex, multi-year commercial agreements, including pricing, contract terms, and revenue recognition.
- Coordinate fundraising workstreams, including cap table and dilution modeling, diligence, investor materials, and round terms.
- Build revenue forecasts and capital allocation analysis, and advise leadership on investment options across programs.
