About the job
Lead cross-functional technical programs and scale engineering processes for Lila’s Scientific System of Record platforms and scientific workflows.
What you'll do
- Manage programs across Designs & Schemas, LIMS, Build & Order, Project Management, and ELN; align requirements, dependencies, and timelines.
- Partner with the Engineering Director to improve engineering processes and agile practices, including Jira hygiene, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Communicate scope, risks, tradeoffs, and timelines; define release gates, intake processes, and operational dashboards.
