Supports deployment and day-to-day operation of production robots, handling live monitoring, safe interventions, troubleshooting, maintenance, incident documentation, and fleet reliability improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor and safely intervene in live robot operations; troubleshoot incidents and document evidence for escalation.
- Perform minor maintenance and robot swaps, validate spare units, and maintain fleet health and incident records.
- Identify recurring failures and communicate priorities for software and hardware improvements.
