What you'll do
- Set technical direction and lead development across LIMS interfaces, applications, APIs, and data architecture.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers while shaping the team roadmap and engineering practices.
- Partner with scientific, product, automation, data, ML, and platform teams to deliver reliable, integrated systems.
